WELCOME TO FORMAL RECRUITMENT

A Message from our Director of Recruitment, Sydney Savage

“Hi guys! Welcome to the Recruitment Page. My name is Sydney Savage I’m the Director of Recruitment for Panhellenic! I am so thankful and excited for this opportunity. Recruitment is such a vital and important role for becoming a sorority woman. I know when I was going to Formal Recruitment it was a very stressful process however, it led me to women that have opened so many doors, and given me so many opportunities for the future. One tip of advice that I can give is to be open-minded and honest with yourself through this whole entire process every individual is unique, and with that comes the perfect chapter to each of your individual needs. Now that I am a junior, I look back on my time as a sorority woman, and only see the positivity and light that it has brought to my life. recruitment is so special to me, and will always hold a special place in my heart not only for my personal chapter, but for the Panhellenic community as a whole. I want all of you to know that going through this process you are so loved, and no matter where you end up. I hope that you are able to find your home in Panhellenic just as I did.” - Director of Recruitment, Sydney Savage
