The Omicron Lambda chapter of Delta Zeta was created in 1992. Delta Zeta was founded on five pillars: Leadership, Scholarship, Social, Service, and Sisterhood. We strive to fulfill these values every day with our sisters. Whether it is sisterhoods, philanthropic, or Panhellenic events, the love we have for our sisters is everlasting!

Our philanthropy is speech and hearing. We partner with the Starkey Hearing Foundation as it is something we take immense pride in. Our main event is Hoops for Hearing where we have students on campus make teams and participate in a basketball tournament. All proceeds go towards Starkey! We have other events such as Hotdogs for Hearing, World Hearing Day Raffle, Green Gala and Cocoa for a Cause that also contribute towards our other partner: the American Society for Deaf Children.

Omicron Lambda has won the Sopher Cup, the highest award any sorority at North Carolina State can attain, five times. We also won NC state homecoming in 2024! We take pride in our chapter and the amazing things we have accomplished and cannot wait to see what the future holds.

Being a member of Delta Zeta means you will have sisters by your side for your college years, and every year after that!
